Clevertar is excited to announce the launch of its latest installation with Sydney-based telecommunications provider MATE.

MATE is one of Australia’s fastest-growing telco’s and prides itself on being a leader in customer service with its all-Aussie based approach. So when MATE met Clevertar’s chatbot, Grace, with her AI and Australian accent, it made sense to add her to their support team. Now she is now helping customers after business hours with technical troubleshooting issues, account support and new sales enquires.
