How can I change the display of my Conversagent from floating pop-up chat into an embedded in-the-page chat?

How do I switch from a floating pop-up chat to an embedded chat?

1. Disable the pop-up embed
   

• In your theme customizer, go to App Embeds, find Conversagent, and toggle it OFF.

2. Add the embedded chat block

• In the same customizer sidebar, click Add block and choose Conversagent.
• Place the block in the section where you want the chat to appear (e.g. product info, footer).

3. Position the chat

• Drag the Conversagent block up or down in the sidebar to adjust its position on the page.
  
• Or, hover over the chat window in the preview and click the arrows to move it to the previous/next spot.

4. Save and publish
Click Save in the top-right of the theme customizer, then Publish your theme changes.

Now your chat will appear as an embedded widget instead of a floating pop-up.
