Can I display both a floating pop-up chat AND an embedded on-the-page chat?
You cannot display both the floating pop-up chat and the embedded on-the-page chat versions of the chatbot on the same page type.
However, you can use the ‘Conversagent – Embed’ block on one type of page (for example, the product page) to display the embedded chat interface, and use the ‘Conversagent – Float’ block on a different page type (such as the homepage) to display the floating pop-up chat.
Many merchants choose to deploy different chatbot versions across their store for maximum impact.
