Can you integrate with WhatsApp or other livechat services?

Currently, Conversagent does not integrate with WhatsApp or live chat services. However, if live chat remains an important part of your customer support strategy, you can still embed Conversagent directly onto your store pages while keeping your existing live chat available as a pop-up icon. This allows you to offer the best of both worlds, instant answers and product recommendations from the AI shopping assistant, alongside access to human support when needed.
