Clevertar is pleased to announce that it is participating in the Transforming Contact Centres Summit at The Pullman in Melbourne. The event will be held on 12th and 13th of August, and will focus primarily on innovative ideas which will assist contact centre leaders in their delivery of customer experience.

Clevertar’s CEO, Tanya Newhouse and CTO, Martin Luerssen will be speaking at 2.15pm on day one of the Transforming Contact Centres Summit. The presentation will focus on virtual agents on the front line: The science and practice of human-computer interactions for scalable customer engagement.
