We are looking for a Solutions Engineer with expertise in Generative AI to work closely with our customers, helping them unlock the full potential of AI-powered assistants.

You are a problem solver and strategic thinker with a passion for AI and its applications. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams to deliver solutions that make a real impact.

• Strong understanding and interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and machine learning concepts
• Experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or support within AI or
  cloud-based/SaaS environments
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web technologies, and cloud-based SaaS integrations
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work autonomously

Solution Development & Implementation: You will help architect and deploy AI-driven customer engagement solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Customer Engagement: You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and painpoints, provide recommendations, and guide them in leveraging Clevertar’s AI platform effectively.

Technical Pre-Sales Support: You will support the sales process by providing technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, and addressing customer concerns. Driving AI Adoption: You will educate and enable customers on best practices for AI implementation, helping them maximize the value of our technology.

Continuous Improvement: You will contribute to refining our AI solutions based on customer feedback and evolving industry trends.

Technical Advisory: You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers design and implement AI-powered solutions tailored to their business objectives.

Impactful Work: You will work on high-impact projects that leverage AI to transform how businesses interact with their customers, driving measurable outcomes.
